Camping is available for families on the club field for the duration of Youth Week.
Pitches
The camping field will be mown and camping pitches will be clearly marked out. Each family must keep within a single marked pitch — even if there are multiple tents. Pitches are not allocated — you will need to choose a vacant pitch on arrival.
Arrival & Parking
Please unload your car as efficiently as possible and remove your car from the camping field into the parking area. If you are able to take your car back home and ride back down this would really help for those members not on Youth Week to be able to park and use the facilities.
Fire & BBQ Restrictions
Throughout Youth Week, due to the density and proximity of pitches and camping equipment, we are placing a temporary ban on campfires and coal BBQs. Exception: Cob-style BBQs are allowed if they can be lifted off the ground. Gas BBQs are fine as long as they are also off the ground.
Fire Safety
We will have fire buckets and beaters at strategic points around the camping field.
