All Youth Week participants must have a named responsible adult at the club at all times.
Adult help
Youth Week is entirely volunteer-run, so we rely on the adults present to help run the week. Specific roles have been provisionally allocated and all adults need to be available to help rig boats, launch and recover dinghies and RIBs, and generally help out as needed.
Your responsibility
Adults are ultimately responsible for their children at all times, especially when they are not on the water or taking part in other organised Youth Week activities.
WhatsApp groups
A WhatsApp group will be set up for each activity group. Once the groups are created, please do not let your children know who else is in the group — it's always great to reveal the groups at registration. These groups are for information only, so only admins can post. If you have any questions, please ask group leaders or Youth Week organisers.
Information boards
Youth Week information boards will be up in the clubhouse windows throughout the week.
